I'm asked a lot about the artwork I have in my office. In particular, many people ask about the wonderful tree drawing on the wall. It contains the OCEAN ' five-factor' model, and was drawn by an exceptional artist with an interest in nature, trees and psychology. The OCEAN model is a suggested taxonomy for grouping personality traits and can be very useful for people to think about.
